  • VPN connection management - temporary logs for service operation

Optional Services (with your consent):

  • Firebase Analytics - anonymous app usage statistics, user behavior tracking for UX improvement, aggregated data without personal identification
  • AppsFlyer - marketing attribution and campaign analysis
  • Sentry - crash reports and error logging

You can manage your consent for optional services in Settings → Privacy preferences. You can enable or disable analytics at any time.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT:

  • Sell your personal data to third parties
  • Share your browsing activity or connection logs
  • Provide data to government agencies without legal requirement
  • Use your data for advertising purposes

We may disclose information only when:

  • Required by law or legal process

No-Logs Policy

MegaV VPN operates under a strict no-logs policy:

We do NOT log your browsing activity, online behavior, or visited websites
We do NOT log your IP address, connection timestamps, or session information
We do NOT log DNS queries or any data transmitted through VPN connections
We do NOT monitor, collect, or store any information about your online activities
We cannot provide information we do not possess

Temporary Technical Data:

  • Connection logs retained maximum 24 hours for troubleshooting only
  • No association with user accounts or personal identifiers
  • Automatically deleted after 24 hours
  • Used solely for technical support and service improvement
